All fireworks conform to British Standards BS7114 Part:2 1988 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions supplied.

No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted.

Where the total amount of explosives contained in any fireworks supplied to an individual or company by D & R Group is greater than 50 kg net weight, we are required by The Fireworks Regulations 2004 to obtain the name and address of the person we are supplying the fireworks to, the date of supply, and the details of any person to whom our customer proposes to further supply the fireworks to. We are not able to supply you with the fireworks unless you provide us with this information, and it is an offence to supply information that you know or believe to be incorrect.
Refund Policy.
Refunds will be paid for faulty goods provided they have been used in accordance with their written instructions.
Please note that claims for faulty fireworks can only be entertained when the problem is brought to our attention and the item is returned to D & R Group for investigation, (unless we instruct you otherwise)
In addition, liability will not be accepted by D & R Group where Force Majeure is considered to have been a factor of failure. Non-exhaustive illustrations of such circumstances are adverse weather conditions, fire, floods, strikes, Government action or regulations, delays by suppliers/couriers, accidents, shortage of materials. Liability will not be accepted where the Company deems the products have not been used correctly or for the purpose for which they were intended
D & R Group undertake to replace or refund the product where the goods have been deemed to be faulty, i.e manufacturing defect or damage caused prior to delivery. Where a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the sum will be paid in pounds sterling and refunded to the credit or debit card used to purchase the goods.

Purchasers must be eighteen years of age or over. Fireworks can only be sold to persons eighteen years of age or over, with no exceptions at all.
It is illegal to sell adult fireworks to anyone under 18.
It is illegal for anyone under 18 to possess fireworks in a public place.
